1. Right of Withdrawal from the Contract

In accordance with applicable law, the Customer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

2. Return Procedure

• Return notification:To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer should inform the Store of their decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by email) before the expiry of 14 days from receiving the goods.

• Return of goods:The Customer is obliged to return the goods without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the day they informed the Store of the withdrawal.

3. Method of Returning Goods

• InPost parcel lockers:Returns can be made via InPost parcel lockers using the “Quick Returns” service.

4. Return Costs

• Free return:Returning goods via InPost parcel lockers is free of charge for Store Customers.

5. Refunds

• The Store will refund all payments received from the Customer, including the cost of delivery (except for additional costs resulting from the Customer’s choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by the Store), without undue delay and no later than within 14 days from the date of receiving the withdrawal statement.

• Refunds will be made using the same payment methods used by the Customer in the original transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise.

6. Liability for Diminished Value of Goods

The Customer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.

7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts where the subject of the performance is a non-prefabricated item produced according to the Customer’s specifications or serving to meet their individualized needs.
